Heartbroken sister of mum-of-three who died after falling from 11th floor flat describes ‘devastation’

A HEARTBROKEN sister has paid tribute to a mum-of-three who plunged to her death from a 31-storey tower block.

An investigation was launched and a 30-year-old man was arrested and later bailed on suspicion of attempted murder.
Her half-sister Jhiselle Knapp, 25, has now paid an emotional tribute to the mum, who had three children aged six, seven and nine.
She said: “I feel devastated. The thing about Bianca is she always wanted to be loved.
“I want Bianca to be remembered as a kind and fun-loving mum.
